After purchasing progressive lenses for the first time and having a hard time getting used to seeing thru them, Marina at LUV MY LOOK took care of everything. She contacted my insurance company and was able to get the lenses switched to regular lenses - at no cost. Now that's what I call service!
Five Star business. Went here for an eye exam today and the staff was fantastic. Although I was there to get new glasses, when a member of the staff noticed the frame on my existing glasses was broken, he fixed them while I was waiting. The doctor who did the exam and the person who helped to pick out the glasses were both very professional, nice people. Great neighborhood business.
Today was my first visit to Sam & Anna Optics, which I selected based on its many good online reviews. A frame I had purchased elsewhere was not fitting well. Sam agreed to make adjustments for a small, reasonable fee. I was astonished by how quickly he identified the problems and the skill with which he made the corrections. My eye glasses now fit “like a glove.” This is a friendly establishment I’m happy to recommend. It is now “my optician.”
